Join us for a day of adventure and the famous Beaver Picnic on Saturday 13th June 2026 at Moor House. Get ready to enjoy a Birthday Party themed day of activities!
What’s Happening?
We’ll be once again bringing together a great range of activities to try. Along with a host of external activities, we’ve also got a great line up of all the classics including crate stacking, bouncy castles, the toboggan run and lots of group provided activities as well. This is how the day will shape up:
- 08:00-09:00 – Leaders can arrive onsite, check-in and setup tents & bases
- 09:30-10:45 – Beavers arrive on-site (see arrival and drop off instructions)
- 11:00-11:15 – Opening Ceremony
- 11:15-13:15 – Activities Running
- 13:00-13:45 – Beaver Picnic
- 13:45-15:45 – Activities Running
- 15:45-16:15 – Closing Ceremony with campfire, songs and prize giving
- 16:15-16:30 – Colonies re-group, and get the Beavers ready to leave.
- 16:30-17:45 – Beavers and Leaders start to leave site.
Pricing
The cost is just £15 and includes all activities, a badge and unlimited drinks. The Beavers will need to bring a packed lunch as this isn’t included in the cost.
Activities
We are asking every group to provide an activity for the day, which other Beavers can take part in – we’ll ask you when you book what you can bring, or you can support us be running one of our activities! Be creative and come up with your best ‘Birthday Party’ inspired idea!
Group Banners
We’re also encouraging all groups to make a banner for their group which will be displayed on your base. The best one will even win a prize!
Volunteer
We’re looking for a enthusiastic team of volunteers to help us during the day. If you’re not coming with a group, we’d love to hear from you! Staff signup will open soon.

How to Book
Bookings will open soon and close on the 3rd June, or earlier if the maximum capacity is reached.
Booking System Notes
- You can link your booking to OSM, if using this please do this before adding participants.
- Please add your activity in the Registration Comments section.
- Once your unit is registered you can add all your Beavers and Leaders.
- Medical Forms will be collected through the system.
