Cubboree is back! Cub Scouts turn 110 this year and we’re returning with a fun-packed weekend with a great atmosphere, great activities and over 500 Cubs camping under canvas!
It’s two days of adventure and fun with a great atmosphere and over 50 activities to try! 500 Cubs will camp together for a two nights, eat in our centrally catered marquee and enjoy a great evening of entertainment.
What Happens?
We’ve got a packed programme with some of the UK’s best activities all in one place, such as Archery, The Cube, Backwoods Cooking and Inflatables. Our evening entertainment includes some great music, films and a campfire! The full programme is under wraps for now but you can expect exciting and energetic activities!
We’ll be welcoming cubs on Friday night where they can settle into their tents and enjoy our evening entertainment. On Saturday morning, we’ll kick off our amazing day of activities. In the evening, we’ll have some great entertainment featuring a big party on our outdoor stage!
On Sunday, we’ll continue with our Birthday Party themed activities.
We’ve got the bases covered…
Cubboree 2026 is organised by Durham Scout Events – we’ve got lots of experience at putting on big events and we’ve got all the bases covered. With 24/7 security, an outdoor festival stage, 60m marquee and Cafe we’ll make sure that everyone has a great time.
Volunteer
We’re looking for a enthusiastic team of volunteers to help us during the weekend. If you’re not coming with a group, we’d love to hear from you! You can join our staff team by booking online.

Cubboree costs just £65 for Cubs and £30 for Leaders. Bookings are now open and will close on the 19th of June or sooner if capacity is reached.
