We’re looking for a Manager and Supporter Team Leader to ensure the success of training for newly appointed and existing managers across the county, aligned with the Growing Roots and Branching Out framework.
About the Role
As the Manager and Supporter Team Leader, you will focus on creating and delivering a robust learning program to support managers in their roles. From conducting audits to developing training schedules and supporting teams, this role is vital to fostering strong leadership across the county.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Completing an audit of Manager and Supporter Learning completion for the county post-migration.
- Collaborating with the Learning Assessor Team to ensure all new adult volunteers in Manager and Supporter roles have a designated point of contact for learning.
- Working with District Lead Volunteers to identify and address learning needs for Managers and Supporters.
- Developing a comprehensive training schedule using a blend of e-learning, online sessions, and face-to-face delivery methods.
- Maintaining high-quality delivery standards by supporting and developing the Learning Assessor and Training Team.
