Bryan Johnson will be stepping down as Lead Volunteer for Durham County at the end of this year.
Bryan has led the County through a significant period of transformation, reshaping the County Leadership Team and recovering after the impact of the pandemic. Under Bryan’s leadership, Durham has continued to see strong growth, increased the number of top awards and continued to deliver a strong programme of activities.
As Bryan moves on, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented person who can lead and support Scouts in Durham. It’s an exciting time to be involved as we embed our improvements to volunteer experience and shape our new strategy.
