This week, Bryan Johnson presented Sheila Gibbon with her 60 Years’ Service Award, recognising an extraordinary lifetime of commitment to Scouting.
Throughout her many years of service, Sheila has been involved in numerous aspects of the County, playing a vital role in training, appointments, and offering invaluable guidance and support in safeguarding and child protection. Her knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact on both volunteers and young people alike.
