We’re looking for new Trustees to join our County team and help shape the future of Scouting.
As a Trustee, you’ll:
- Provide strategic direction and support to the County
- Ensure good governance, financial oversight and compliance
- Help us grow, reach more young people, and deliver our vision
- Bring your skills, insight and fresh thinking to the table
You don’t need Scouts experience – just a passion to make a difference.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome people from all backgrounds, particularly those with skills in:
- Marketing & Communications
- Fundraising
- Chair of the Trustee Board
- Or simply a willingness to contribute to the Governance of scouting in the County
We are especially keen to improve diversity on our Board and reflect the communities we serve.
